Method of Measurement of Levels of Signals and Noise (Metodika Izmereniya Urovnei Signalov i Pomekh),
Abstract
A method is described for measuring levels of signals and noise involving strip chart recording of signal and noise level and subsequent statistical processing of the recordings. The method is applicable to recording of noise in railroad communications systems. (Author)
