Abstract

The results from an investigation of the dynamics of gyroplatforms with pendulum correction are presented in this paper. They show that the correction channel has a considerable influence on stabilization errors. The analytical calculations were confirmed and made more precise by the mathematical analogue computation method and by experimental testing of the gyrostabilized platform 'Gorizont' on dynamic stands of low-frequency accelerations, and at sea during the expeditions in the Black Sea, organized by the Institute of Physics of the Earth, USSR Academy of Sciences.
