An Agenda for Management Analysis,
Abstract
The major challenge to management analysts in the next five years is to develop the capacity necessary to help operating agencies to know whether programs are worth performing and how to mount effective action programs. A four point agenda is derived for management analysts from this broad challenge. (Author)
