Knowledge and Skills Inventory. the Operations/Training Officer S-3. Combat Arms Maneuver Battalion.

Abstract

At the request of the U. S. Army Infantry School (USAIS), Work Unit CAMBCOM conducted research that identified the knowledges and skills of the principal staff officers (S1, S2, S3, S4) of the six types of maneuver battalions (Infantry, Lt Infantry, Mechanized, Airborne, Airmobile, and Armored). The work will be used by the USAIS to (1) validate that portion of the Infantry Officers Advanced Course that deals with the battalion staff, and serve as a basis for the development of Student Performance Objectives by the USAIS.
