Condition Survey, Bicycle Army Airfield, Ft. Irwin, California,

Abstract

The purpose of the report is to present the results of an inspection performed at Bicycle Army Airfield (AAF) in March 1967. The inspection was limited to visual observations, and no tests were conducted on the existing unsurfaced runways or taxiways. A layout of the airfield with proposed future airfield construction is shown. Pertinent data are included from a geologic and soil survey made in October 1966. (Author)
