The USS MARYSVILLE (PCER 857), with scientific party from the Hawaii Institute of Geophysics, obtained oceanographic environmental data consisting of temperature and sound velocity profiles and bathymetry north of the Hawaiian Islands in support of PARKA II-A operations from 15 November to 5 December, 1969.
