Abstract
The report constitutes a brief summary of the more important results of a project whose objective was to make theoretical studies of the radiation, propagation, and scattering properties of electromagnetic waves in ionized media. Particular attention was to be paid to the effects of medium anisotropy, inhomogeneity, and motion. (Author)
