An Investigation of Rotational Slip in Metals.

Abstract

Rotational slip deformation was investigated in hexagonal and fcc metals with different stacking fault energy. Parallel work was done on the basic relationship between stress and strain, work softening in polycrystalline materials, and flow stress instability of polycrystalline aluminum alloys. (Author)
