A Systems-Analysis Basis for Allocation of Resources in Educational Institutions,
Abstract
The intent of the analysis presented is to provide a vehicle by which educational administrators can obtain additional managerial information pertinent to their operations and through which they might attain greater effectiveness in the allocation of limited resources. The technique set forth was developed as part of a broader study considering aspects of applying PPBS (Planning, Programming, Budgeting System) to collegiate administration.
