Optical Interferometers Applied to the Diagnostics of Plasmas.

Abstract

The report describes developments of the Optical Physics Laboratory of the University of Miami which was principally supported by the Grant during the years 1968 through 1971. The various projects of the Laboratory, principally the Multichannel Fabry-Perot, density interferometers, high atmosphere measurements, laboratory plasma studies, solar eclipse study, multiplex Fabry-Perot interferometer and Fabry-Perot duochromator are described. Publications pertaining to these and other activities of the Laboratory are listed, and a number of them are included in full. (Author)
