Inadvertent Experiments Involving Wave-Particle Interactions on a Geophysical Scale: An Unsuccessful Search,
Abstract
A search has been made for unusual geophysical events associated with the creation of plasma clouds by the firing of large rocket engines outside of the plasmapause. These plasma clouds may develop into regions of strong wave-particle interaction which could give rise to magnetospheric effects. No evidence of unusual effects has been found. (Author)
