Pathology of Terrace Roofs and Buried Structures (Pathologie des Toitures-Terrasses et des Ouvrages Enterres),

Abstract

Knowing how to keep water under control and prevent it from penetrating building structures comes under the heading of tightness problems. The tightness of structures, whether these are foundations, gables and facades, terrace roofs or slanting roofing, is a fundamental consideration which is the cause of very heavy spending for later repairs. The report analyzes problems found in the building of terrace roofs and buried structures. (Author)
