Criteria for Evaluating the Effects of Mobility on Land Combat Missile System.
Abstract
A study is made of the effects of mobility on a land combat missile system. The subsystem configuration of a typical missile weapon designed for tactical warfare is included. A method for determining if mobility has degraded any subsystem is first presented. An analysis technique is established to indicate what environmental factors are causing degradation of the system's effectiveness. The paper is presented as a system analysis tool for a project manager and his staff redesign of a mobile missile's subsystem.
