An Optimum Method for the Allocation of Failures in Reliability Test Specifications,

Abstract

The purpose of the paper is to present some ideas on reliability testing in general, discuss the details of reliability test planning, and present a method of allocation of failures in reliability testing to maximize the probability of a production lot passing the overall reliability test. After the method is presented, a computer program is developed for applying this method. (Author)
