System Operation Report.
Abstract
Phase III of NORSAR (Norwegian Seismic Array) contract covers essentially operation of the NORSAR project in the period 1 July 1970 - 30 June 1972. The array was built under previous contracts by the Norwegian Defence Research Establishment. Installations, originally planned to be completed by 1 July 1970, were somewhat delayed. As a consequence, the last part of the installation works and the start of operations run parallel during the period of this report. This report gives a summary of the various efforts in the period.
