Abstract
The report expresses viewpoints on the development of electro-chemistry to be emphasized in 1960 in China. These include a united planning and coordinated scientific organization for electro-chemistry, a complete introduction on the recent development of all the aspects of electro-chemistry training of personnel, and a training program on all basic aspects of electro-chemistry.
