Evaluation of the Lorentz Number in Semiconductors,

Abstract

It is shown that a comparison of the Lorentz number calculated by Predvoditelev's formula (1934) and those obtained by the kinetic equation (E. Puteley, 1960) for a mixed scattering mechanism for Ge and Si shows good agreement. (Author)
