Abstract

Life cycle costs involving Army personnel management, appropriations for the work breakdown structure of MIL STD 881 are identified to the cost categories of AR 37-18 covering weapon system research and development. Estimated ranges for cost elements provide visibility as to dollar value sensitivity. (Author)
