IPP-1 User Manual. Volume I. Part I.

Abstract

The IPP-1 User Manual summarizes all of the contractual efforts relating to the electromagnetic interference prediction and analysis process which was developed under the sponsorship of Rome Air Development Center Project 4540. The primary objective of the User Manual is to provide the interference analyst with a detailed description of and operating instructions for the automated analyses process for evaluating the electromagnetic compatibility between radiating and receiving equipments within an environment. Information contained in the IPP-1 User Manual includes a general discussion of the analysis process, a summary of analysis requirements, methods and techniques, detailed program descriptions and a discussion of the interpretation of analysis results. The major programs included in this report are: data management, rapid cull, frequency cull, detailed analysis, and frequency band analysis. (Author)
