Abstract
The IPP-1 User Manual summarizes all of the contractual efforts relating to the electromagnetic interference prediction and analysis process which was developed under the sponsorship of Rome Air Development Center Project 4540. Information contained in the IPP-1 User Manual includes a general discussion of the analysis process, a summary of analysis requirements, methods and techniques, detailed program descriptions and a discussion of the interpretation of analysis results. The major programs included in the report are the continuation of frequency cull, detailed analysis, and frequency band analysis. (Author)
