Abstract

The manual provides instruction and guidance for the design construction, and maintenance of a landing mat overlay that can be built over a smooth but inadequate strength pavement or over a deteriorated landing mat or pavement surface in order to provide a suitable landing facility for the operation of tactical aircraft.
