Abstract

The report describes a method for evaluation of trailer and semitrailer operational and functional performance characteristics. Identifies supporting test, facilities, and equipment required. Provides procedures for coupling tests. Applicable to cart and wagon type trailers. Not applicable to tractors, trucks, and tugs. (Author)
