Adaptive Digital MTI Detection Filters,

Abstract

The paper has presented an on-line adaptive procedure for adjusting a digital MTI detection filter such that clutter residue is minimized. The procedure is based upon the evaluation of the ratio of mean square values of filtered and unfiltered signals. Since ratios are involved, the technique is implicitly normalized. (Author)
