Abstract

The semiannual technical report covers the period 1 July 1971 through 31 December 1971. Activities are focused on modeling, analysis, measurements and systems software. In Section 2 some of the results from modeling and measurement of time-shared computer systems are discussed; this section also presents results from the network modeling and simulation activities. In Section 3 of the network measurement activity, including proposed specifications for additional required tools are described. In Section 4 some of the network and systems software development progress are described.
