Circuit Properties of Dispersive Coupled Transmission Lines and Waveguides.

Abstract

The frequency domain behavior of lossless, uniform, dispersive coupled transmission line systems and of lossless waveguides uniform in the direction of propagation but not necessarily in the transverse direction are investigated. Some frequency domain properties of the propagation constants of such systems implied by losslessness and uniformity are explored, and ways of approximating waveguide propagation constants are developed.
