Microwave Acoustic and Bulk Device Technique Studies.

Abstract

The objectives of the contract are to advance new theory and device techniques for the generation and processing of microwave signals using elastic, electromagnetic, and carrier space charge waves in solid media. The work under the contract is presently divided into three projects as follows: acoustic parametric interactions; wide bandwidth dispersive delay lines; and bulk and surface acoustic wave amplifiers.
