A Computed X-Ray Diffraction Powder Pattern and Lattice Constant of B4C.
Abstract
A table of X-ray diffraction powder data has been prepared for B4C. X-ray diffracted powder intensities have been computed from the single-crystal structure factors, and the interplanar spacings (d) have been calculated from a lattice constant determination of B4C for d>0.77 A. A tabulation of Bragg angles (2 theta) using CuK(alpha 1), CuK(alpha 2), CuK(alpha), and CuK(beta) X radiation, for the listed d spacings is also included. (Author)
