Scientific and Technical Experiments on Board 'Soyuz-9',

Abstract

The flight engineer of 'SOYUZ-9' V. I. Sevast'yanov briefly describes some of the experiments conducted by the crew during the 18-day flight. Three main areas were examined during the flight - testing of space technology and life support systems during a long-term flight; study of the crew capabilities and study of readaption to gravity; accomplishment of extensive complex of scientific, technical, medical-biological studies and experiments.
