Target Acquisition Studies

Abstract

The report presents the final results of studies to obtain baseline data about human target acquisition performance. Factors considered crucial to the acquisition problem were varied parametrically while others were held constant. The results are reported in five major phases corresponding to organization of the investigation into particular areas of concentration.
