Rich Clusters of Galaxies.
Abstract
The research which ONR has supported has been an investigation of rich clusters of galaxies. Topics of discussion include the following: A new and more reliable criterion for relative extragalactic distances, new knowledge of the size and structure of clusters of galaxies, and information on the distribution and sub-distribution of clusters.
