Aperture Characteristics of Photoelectric Detectors (Aperturnye Kharakteristiki Fotopriemnikov),

Abstract

Measurements are discussed of the aperture characteristics of certain types of photodiodes and photoresistors. A schematic diagram of the measuring apparatus is given. Diagrams and graphs depicting the measurements are also given.
