Updated Indexes of Digitized Navigation, Bathymetric, and Magnetic Date in the Pacific Ocean from Scripps Institution of Oceanography and other Sources,
Abstract
In January 1970, SIO Reference Report 70-1 was issued which presented indexes of digitized navigation, bathymetric and magnetic data in the Pacific Ocean with general descriptions of the available forms of digital and graphic output, as well as notes on sources of data and processing methods. Since that time, a sufficient amount of additional data from recent SIO cruises has been processed to warrant updating and re-issuing these index charts and tables. The data are indexed in four separate catagories: (1) SIO Bathymetry, (2) Non-SIO Bathymetry, (3) SIO Magnetics and (4) Project MAGNET flights. (Author)
