Radiation Response Piece-Parts Data Bank. Volume I.
Abstract
The status of a Data Bank for TREE response of electronic piece parts is described in this Final Report to the Defense Nuclear Agency. The work consisted in defining piece-part parameters and appropriate formats for presentation of the data, develop computer software to process data, acquire and process data, and report these data in the presentation format. The utility of the Data Bank, its organization, retrieval system, and data analysis are discussed. Possible areas of expansion of the Data Bank are given. A complete description of the necessary software is included. (Author)
