Estimating the Quality of Airmen Recruits,

Abstract

An examination was made of the relative significance of key variables in determining the changing quality of recuits over time. The results provide insight into the importance of possible changes in the environment and suggest ways in which the Air force can maintain the quality of its recruit population if such changes occur.
