Organic Electrolyte Battery Systems

Abstract

A search of the pertinent literature on organic electrolyte battery systems has been conducted to determine which systems, if any, might be useful to fuze power supplies. The data found in the literature, evaluated in the light of the requirements necessary for such power supplies, were found to be not specifically applicable, but useful only in a qualitative sense. A plan of study and a list of three anodes, eight solvents, seven solutes, and seven cathodes derived from these data are presented.
