Modular 1 Computer (MOD-1).

Abstract

The paper describes an English Computer which is Modular in both architecture and programming. Modularity is such that building blocks can be put together in minutes. Maintenance by exchange, commonality of repair parts, small inventory of main components and the ability to meet from tht (360/20) to the largest (360/75) computer requirements are provided.
