Skywave Paths by Doppler Frequency Analysis (SKYDOP). Phase I.

Abstract

An evaluation of a new experimental direction finding technique known as doppler monopulse is described. An evaluation of experimental field data is made concerning the percent of time the technique would be effective with respect to ionospheric propagation. Consideration is given to the effects of signal modulation. (Author)
