On Specialization of Map Compilation Work (O Spetsializatsii Kartosostavitelskikh Rabot),
Abstract
The paper is a critical answer to a paper 'Specialization of production in the cartographic industry'. The author of the present paper tells where he agrees with the author of the original paper in suggesting that the printing of certain types of maps and atlases should be done in specialized enterprise. However, he takes the original author to task for not doing enough research work to corrobate his statements. The author of this paper gives his own views regarding the organization of a scientific-production institute. (Author)
