Abstract

The subject of remarks is 'Concrete Deterioration,' and particularly deterioration of concrete in service that is caused by forces other than externally applied loads. This is a part of the problems that you encounter in the use of the rocks and mineral particles that comprise concrete aggregates-- and it also includes problems not related to aggregates.
