Abstract
The document presents the basic principles of organizing the technical servicing and repair of storage batteries in automotive enterprises. Recommendations are made for the organization of storage-battery departments in automotive enterprises and in specialized workshops. Guideline and references, required by workers in automotive and auto-repair enterprises for the operation, maintenance, and repair of storage batteries are presented. Work flow-sheets for storage-battery departments of automotive enterprises and specialized workshops are given. Catalogs and descriptions of technical equipment required for the technical servicing and repair of storage batteries, as well as the technology of their repair, are included. (Author)
