Abstract
The volume contains the detailed support data and procedure which made the analysis, summarized results, and conclusions of Volume I possible. Included are the materials properties data resulting from a data search, the test equipment calibration procedure followed and results, and most important the experimental data produced. This experimental data is presented in two forms; one form is the source data sheet, and the other form is in its final reduced state. (Author)
