Mills for Rolling Nonferrous Metals and Alloys,

Abstract

New mills for rolling light and titanium alloys, as well as heavy nonferrous metals, are discussed in this book. The problems of redesigning existing continuous cold sheet rooling mills are discussed and efforts to automate and improve production capacity are examined. The refuilding of existing equipment is shown to be economically effective. Considerable attention is devoted to examination of new machines, mechanisms and assemblies of rolling mills. Research on the operation of rolling equipment is examined. (Author)
