Problems in the Physics of Low Temperature Plasma (Selected Articles).

Abstract

The document contains the materials of reports and papers presented at the Second All-Union Conference on Physics of Low-Temperature Plasma. It considers such questions as the methods for obtaining and studying low-temperature plasma, used in different set-ups of new technology. A considerable part of the book is dedicated to electrical and optical properties of plasma, oscillatory phenomena, phenomena in a magnetic field and a moving plasma. Toegether with such applied problems as the interaction of a stationary and moving plasma with surfaces, the deep physical problems of the elementary processes taking place in a low-temperature plasma are also studies.
