Analysis of the Composition of Gas by the Thermal Conductivity Method. Physical Principles

Abstract

The theory of analysis of gas mixtures based on the measurement of their thermal conductivity is discussed. The dependence of thermal conductivity coefficient of gas mixtures on their composition and temperature is described. Structural design of sensing elements of thermal conductivity gas analyzers are also described.
