Investigation of Phase Equilibria and Some Properties of Alloys of Ti-Al-Fe and Ti-Al-V Systems,
Abstract
Some data on the structure and properties of Ti-Al-Fe alloys are presented. The phase equilibria in alloys in the system Ti-Al-V were studies. However, the data available in the literature on phase equilibria in the systems Ti-Al-Fe and Ti-Al-V require refinement, as they are insufficiently complete. The purpose of the present work is to compare the influence of iron and vanadium on the nature of the chemical interactions and on certain properties of alloys in the binary system Ti-Al. (Author)
