The Viscosity of Isobutane at High Pressures

Abstract

In literature there is a series of works devoted to the study of the viscosity of liquid and gaseous isobutane. The comparison of experimental findings given in these works showed that they differed from one another substantially, therefore, a study was made of the viscosity of liquid and gaseous isobutane (including the line of saturation and the area close to the critical point) in the interval of pressures from 1 to 700 kg/sq cm and temperatures of 0-275C.
