Delayed Random Walks and Limit Theorems for Generalized Single Server Queues.

Abstract

The dissertation studied a class of general single server queueing models by providing limit theorems for various stochastic processes arising out of the systems. The results include weak convergence theorems, functional strong laws, functional laws of the iterated logarithm, functional central limit theorems and extreme values. (Author)
