Production of Monolithic Panels from Aluminum Alloys,
Abstract
The effectiveness of using extruded monolithic panels in different areas of technology is investigated. The methods of extruding panels are analyzed, and the variety of panels is determined. The procedure for calculating multilayer stresses in containers and extrusion equipment has been given. The fundamental problems of the technology of straightening extruded panels are investigated. A description is given of modern furnishing equipment, modern furnaces for thermal treatment of panels, and also the technology of thermal treatment. The results of investigating the structure and properties of panels, as well as their geometry, are given. (Author)
