Abstract
The data contained in these tables were obtained from tape data Family 11 (TDF-11), Marine Surface observations. TDF-11 was primarily funded by the Naval Weather Service Command and selected by NWSED Asheville as the most comprehensive collection of marine surface observations from which to develop a series of coastal marine summaries. The areas covered are Niigata, Akita, Hakodata, Japan.
