Amorphous Film Pb-Sn-Ge-Te Detectors for Infrared Applications.

Abstract

Amorphous films of Pb-Sn-Ge-Te- have been made and analyzed in terms of their infrared photoconductive response. A detailed analysis of the temperature and light intensity dependencies has led to a model for the recombination kinetics of photoexcited carriers. (Author)
